All prices are Vat inclusive

We accept paypal, credit/debit cards, Cheques and Postal Orders and of course good old Cash.

We only send out animals that we believe to be in A1 condition unless otherwise stated e.g. regrown tails. In the very unlikely event you do experience any problems please let us know within 24 hours of delivery.

Faulty or damaged dry goods should be returned to us within 7 days, failure to do this may invalidate any refunds.

Please keep all packaging materials until you are satisfied that the goods as you may need these to return any products back to us.
