We reserve the right to refuse sale to any person. Prices are subject to change without notice, all orders will be charged at the price advertised at the time of the order being placed. All prices are for single items only unless otherwise stated. Any weights and measurements given in relation to a product are an approximation only. All items remain the property of Worcester Reptiles until payment is received in full. Any cheques re-presented or returned to us by the bank are subject to an administrative charge of £30.00. Any claims for shortages or damages must be made within 24 hours of delivery, you can make your claim by e-mail or telephone, if making your claim by telephone outside of work hours please leave a message stating your full name, telephone number and full details of your claim and we will respond as soon as work recommences. We reserve the right to request faulty / damaged items be returned to us before any refund / replacement is given.
